Hi, I’m Tanmay
Sarkar Emon.
BSc Computer Science student majoring in Cybersecurity at APU Malaysia, building secure enterprise networks and digital solutions.
I design and secure networks, run Linux servers and investigate incidents in hands-on labs. Looking for an internship from March 2027.
Build it.
Secure it.
Understand it.
Learning by doing, documenting what works, and sharing a hand with other students.
I’m a BSc Computer Science student majoring in Cybersecurity at Asia Pacific University. I design enterprise networks in Cisco Packet Tracer, run Linux servers with BIND9, Apache and Fail2ban, and investigate compromised systems with Autopsy and Volatility.
I also build web pages and Python tools, and I help other students with their labs.
Practical help, built around your needs.
Cybersecurity help for students and practical digital support for small businesses.
I help classmates with Packet Tracer and Linux labs, and the same habits carry into everything else I offer: clear steps, patience and plain-language feedback. Web pages, short video edits and everyday tech fixes get the same treatment. Send a short message about what you need and we will work out the best way to do it.
Projects from the lab.
Enterprise networking, Linux infrastructure, digital forensics and applied software work.
These are the projects I built for my degree and for my own practice. The networking and Linux projects were built from scratch in labs, and one of them had to be rebuilt after Packet Tracer crashed and took the whole configuration with it. The software projects cover Python, Java, C# and TypeScript, and every card links to the code or writeup on GitHub.
Skills & technologies.
A working toolkit across infrastructure, security and software.
This is what I reach for most often. Networking and Linux take up most of my lab time, security tools such as Wireshark, Autopsy and malware analysis support them, and Python and Git hold everything together. Think of the icons as a quick guide, because the projects above show how I really use each skill.
Notes made useful.
Study guides and templates, sold securely on Gumroad.
While preparing labs and projects I kept notes, and I turned the most useful ones into short guides for other students: command cheat sheets, a lab tracker and programming blueprints. Each one is a one-time purchase on Gumroad, so you pay once and download the file straight away.
Learning in public.
Practical guides and reflections from the cybersecurity student journey.
This is where I write down what I learn: lab walkthroughs, command guides and the lessons that come from making mistakes. The guides are written so you can try them in your own lab, and every command is meant for your own lab or servers only. New articles appear as I finish new projects.
Good work speaks for itself.
Reviews from students and clients will appear here after the first projects are delivered.
I only publish real feedback from people I have worked with, and only with their permission. If you used one of my guides or got help with a lab, a short review helps the next student decide whether it is right for them.
Let’s build something secure.
